Campustown Evolution
APRIL 12, 2019 | CHAMPAIGN, IL—
Set to be complete in August 2020, Hub Champaign is a 17-story mixed-use development designed to bring an extraordinary lifestyle experience to UIUC students. The building's convenient location in 'Campustown' is adjacent to the University of Illinois campus and walking distance to Greek life and popular nightlife spots. The MA team is working with Chicago-based developer, Core Spaces, to design the project.
"Collaborating with Core is always a fun and enjoyable experience," said Brian Wagner, Associate. "With its progressive design and world-class amenities, the Hub it will be one of the go-to places to live in Champaign."
The development consists of two floors of retail at street level topped with 322 apartments and resident amenity spaces including a steam room, study lounge, business center, barbecue stations, and a rooftop pool. A 17,000 sf two-level Target store is planned at the base of the high-rise.
