MA Projects Earn IDA Honors

January 31, 2024 | Los Angeles, CA

Earlier this month International Design Awards (IDA) announced the winners of their 17th annual international design award competition. This year's jury reviewed thousands of entries from almost 80 countries and three Myefski Architects projects were selected for honors.

The Standard at Ann Arbor, a mixed-use development geared toward college students and young professionals, was awarded the Bronze prize in the Residential Architecture Design / Urban category.

American House, a senior living community with independent, assisted, and memory care accommodations, and Hoover+Greene, a design-centric mixed-use development near Michigan Stadium, were both awarded Honorable Mention designations.

Jury members commented that this year's submissions connect people to the heart of their surroundings and take experiential design and innovation beyond the boundaries to create memorable destinations.

President + Principal at Myefski Architects John Myefski said, "It's an exciting honor for our work to be recognized by this prestigious group in such a competitive program."
