Hailing from Long Island, New York, Samantha earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University of Michigan. While earning her degree, Samantha cultivated leadership and organizational skills as a Lab Coordinator in the Fabrication Laboratory, where she assisted students and faculty in utilizing Rhino, CNC routers, and a waterjet. After completing her B.S., Samantha joined Myefski Architects as a promising intern, and has since been promoted to an Architectural Technician.
Samantha appreciates the architectural significance of the Renaissance and Baroque periods. She feels that the extensive attention to detail serves as a testament to the craftsmanship and patience that was required at the time. When searching for inspiration, Samantha slows down and takes notice of the minute details and nuances of the world around her. When she has a moment of respite, she enjoys reading, rock climbing, and baking.
