Hailing from Maryland, Kristina earned Associate of Applied Sciences degrees in Architecture and Interior Design before enrolling at Morgan State University. There, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Environmental Design as well as a Master of Architecture.
After college, Kristina spent six years as a designer at a large multi-disciplinary firm. During that time, she assembled an impressive portfolio of design experience on education-focused projects. This experience resulted in an advanced knowledge of construction administration and management.
In 2018, Kristina joined the MA team in Marquette, MI as Job Captain. Honing her valuable combination of design and management skills, she’s able to wear many hats, making her a critical team member in each project.
Aside from her architectural pursuits, Kristina loves to travel, bike, fish, hunt, and volunteer. An avid hiker and backpacker, she’s most inspired when she’s in out in the wilderness. The quiet simplicity of nature is reflected in her favorite architectural design styles – Art Nouveau and Mid-Century Modern.
